What the recovered traffic is worth

The January move to us.tcl.com cut US organic traffic in half. Last November the old site peaked at 312K visits; on today's base the same seasonal lift delivers about 150K. That 160K gap is what the plan recovers. Set how much of it comes back, then TCL's own conversion rate and order value.

Realistic inside the Black Friday window
40–60% of the gap is what 301s live by Oct 9 and the hub indexed by Oct 15 can return before deals start, given Google's 4–8 week reprocessing lag.
1.0%
Placeholder until TCL shares its Shopify figure. The schema, stock-signal and PDP fixes in Tiers 1–2 lift this too; Black Friday sessions convert above the annual average.
$900
Current us.tcl.com sale prices: $449 (55" QM6K) to $3,999 (98" QM8K). The 65–75" QM7K/QM8K band, which carries most of the TV traffic, sits at $750–$1,400.

Traffic: Ahrefs Site Explorer, US organic — ~207K/month before the move (Sep 2025), 312K November 2025 peak, ~100K in Sep 2026. Paid cost: SimilarWeb, ~$79K/month at $0.92 per paid visit. Recovered visits are counted on top of the ~150K the site would do anyway.
Counts only sales on us.tcl.com. Retailer sell-through influenced by TCL.com answers, and everything captured on new terms (size pages, comparisons, the Black Friday hub), is on top.
