GayRealEstate.com lost 42% of its traffic year on year and 70% of its organic search in three weeks in late August. Only about 9% of the organic clicks that remain are buyer or realtor searches, and 81% of paid clicks are generic "realtor", competitor brokerage and agent-name terms. The unit of value here is a closed referral, not a visit. Set how much traffic the plan adds and how much of it is buyer-intent, then GayRealEstate's own funnel numbers.

Organic search is already running about 5,460 visits a month below its July–August level (8,883 → 3,420, Similarweb). Buying those visits back in Google Ads at the site's own $0.65–$1.20 per visit would cost $42K–$79K a year. At today's 9% buyer-intent share and the rates above, that traffic was worth 20 agent-match requests a month, 24 closings a year and $61K in referral fees per year the run-rate holds. Ahrefs' month-on-month trend (−39% Aug→Sep) implies another halving by November. Meanwhile the paid account keeps spending roughly $32K a year on clicks that cannot become LGBTQ+ buyer leads, a 700-domain spam-link wave grows unaddressed, and the informational pages lose clicks to AI Overviews with no commercial page positioned to be cited instead.
