What paid search and town pages are worth in booked inspections across Hawkeye's 207 towns

About 98% of the search clicks that reach hawkeyeinspectors.com come from people who already typed the name. Since October 2025, Massachusetts buyers can't waive an inspection and typically have 7–10 days to book one, so the inspector who shows up first for "home inspector [town]" gets the job. Google Ads and Local Services Ads can put Hawkeye there within weeks; town pages make it stick. Pick a tier, then replace our placeholder rates with Hawkeye's own.

What waiting costs

Every month without ads or town pages defers about $37,050 of inspections to the inspectors who show up first. Ads can be live within weeks; pages need three to six months to rank, so pages live by January reach the March–June buying season. Meanwhile Hawkeye's genuine referring domains fell 24% between February and August 2026 (Similarweb), four other Hawkeye inspection businesses compete for the name, and Hawkeye's 226 Google reviews sit on a profile at its old address.

Demand: Massachusetts recorded 61,551 home sales in 2025 (Warren Group); about 60% fall in Hawkeye's towns, plus ~1,500 in its 11 New Hampshire towns, and 80% are inspected, so about 30,700 inspections a year (~2,560 a month). Since 15 October 2025 Massachusetts bars inspection waivers (760 CMR 74.00) and buyers typically have 7–10 days to inspect (MKC Associates). At ~1.75 high-intent searches per inspection, Hawkeye's towns see ~4,480 searches a month; we treat ~15% of them (~670 clicks, ~$8,100 a month at $12) as the most its ads can win before costs climb. Traffic: Similarweb, US, Jun–Aug 2026; Ahrefs, 30 Sep 2026. Rates: LocaliQ Search Advertising Benchmarks (2026); InspectorData (2026); BuiltRight Digital (2026); Inspector Toolbelt podcast on Local Services Ads; Spectora (2026); MassRealEstateNews.
Formula: Google Ads budget ÷ cost per click × click-to-enquiry × enquiry-to-booking = Google Ads bookings; Local Services budget ÷ cost per lead × lead-to-booking = Local Services bookings; organic visits × booking rate + Maps bookings = organic bookings; all × 12 × average job; plus agent partners × referrals × average job. Revenue per $1 of ad spend counts only the paid channels. Year one: ads live from month 2; pages and agents ramp over six months. Revenue is what Hawkeye bills, before inspector pay. Every revenue figure uses placeholder rates until Hawkeye shares its own.
