US visits to tcsworldtravel.com fell 68% between late June and mid-September as paid search ($74K in June, $3K in August) and display were wound down. 41% of the paid clicks had come from other travel brands' names, and most display visits were mobile and gone in under 30 seconds. So the plan restarts only the high-intent half of paid search, then builds the organic and AI layer that doesn't switch off with the budget. The unit of value is a booking, not a visit: one seat on the 28 Nov departure is $175K. Pick a tier, then replace our placeholder rates with TCS's own.

Against June–July, about 11,600 high-intent visits a month are gone: 7,875 on-intent paid visits, 1,536 commercial organic clicks and about 2,166 AI-assistant referrals. At the rates above that is $608K of trip revenue a month, or one booking every 9 days. Buying those visits back in Google Ads at TCS's own $4.24 would cost about $49K a month. Organic traffic is down 53% since March (Ahrefs), about 12% a month, and AI Overviews now sit above 95 of the 101 tracked TCS rankings. Every month the plan waits pushes back $721K of trip revenue at run-rate. And seats on the 28 Nov departure can't be sold once the jet leaves.
